You can send your requests within the scope of your legal rights stipulated in the relevant law and other legislation via a petition in person at our Altay Çeşme Mah., Çamlı Sk, No: 21, Kat: 4-5, Maltepe/Istanbul address or via a notary public.

The following information must be included in your application/petition:

• signature, if the application is in writing,

In addition to the above, as the data owner, you must also attach the information and documents related to your request to your application/petition.

Applications to be made within the aforementioned scope will be accepted following the identity verification process to be conducted by our side, and your requests will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In the event that a written response is given, no fee will be charged for up to 10 pages, whereas a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over 10 pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, a fee may be charged in the amount of the cost of the recording medium.
